Designed as an exclusive address offering spacious 4-BHK residences, the project transforms pre-existing structural constraints into an opportunity, delivering a refined, contemporary home shaped by precision, adaptability, and context.

Concepts

The core architectural challenge lay in reworking an existing basement and ground-floor column grid, which was intelligently adapted to evolve into efficient and spacious 4-BHK layouts. The façade becomes the defining identity of the tower, articulated with zinc panels that lend a distinctive skyline presence while acting as a climatic screen—modulating sunlight, reducing heat gain, and enhancing long-term performance without compromising elegance.
